impossible to answer, thats like asking whats the best food to get full?
everyone will have their fav programs, and some can do more than others, but
the most important thing is that you get to know the program you use inside
and out, so that you can use it to its fullest and in a way that meets your
needs...

that being said, id say logic... 8)
