Hi Dan, Not sure about the others, but you can apply anything (filters, lfos, envelopes, yada-yada) in Kontakt to either the whole instrument or to a group made up of one or more samples. I don't think there's any limit to the number of groups you can make, so you can go as complicated as your PC will handle...
