Completion problems, how to improve

Hi Everyone.

2 Questions here.

1)  I have a few users complaining about binary completion, or feed is
though cidera and we have 200 gigs. The server seems to be performing well.
How do I narrow this problem down.

2) My daily report shows a larger % afterwards ????
       "Daily expire report, start 95% end 96%"

Any ideas?
