Hi, As Issachar has also pointed out, the 'manual' is really more of a technical document than a user guide. We realise that manually configuring dnews can be very complicated for a new user, and we aim to simplify this process using an installation application/script that sets up the most common requirements from our users. Unfortunately, as with any product or service, a large number of questions relate to questions that are covered in the manual (in particular the FAQ), which shows the manual is not being consulted by some users. I would say we get more questions where people have not consulted the manual than where the manual simply cannot be understood. That being said, I do agree the manual does need some improvement and simplification, but it also needs to be technically accurate for advanced users. - Roydon L.
