I say the manual is very good but very technical, and not for a "newbie".

I've been in "DP" for 27 years now, and the darn manuals are the LAST thing
to every
be written in any project we ever did - which was alot of them. The manuals
also contained
errors which resulted in more tech support calls, and, most users never read
them or couldn't understand them :)

In any event, I give two hands up for NETWIN technical support who is always
there and typically answers any question (whether we think it "easy" or
"hard") quickly and with respect to the user.

So... Check the docs, if you don't understand - ask - they will answer and
get you going ---
and I'm saying this out of experience 'cause I ask if I don't know or don't
understand :)

Regards,

Greg

Just my $.02: The DNEWS system is so incredibly easy to set up that it's
almost comical: the only place I found even remotely lacking was the setup
details for the remote interface.

As for "no compassion for newbie" - these support guys are GREAAT. Try
getting something outta the slime over at Cyclone (whatever that company is
called nowadays).

RTFM!

Yours,
