Just my $.02: The DNEWS system is so incredibly easy to set up that it's almost comical: the only place I found even remotely lacking was the setup details for the remote interface.
As for "no compassion for newbie" - these support guys are GREAAT. Try getting something outta the slime over at Cyclone (whatever that company is called nowadays). RTFM! Yours, J.A.
