Wow. Whose laws? I lead a sovereign nation called bcnjr5land that occupies a square inch on the back of my left hand. It's against the law to use words with more than 3 letters there without sending a pound of solid gold to the leader. My left hand can access the Internet (in fact, I used it to type this message), so shouldn't you be obeying my laws? What I'm getting at here is that nobody owns the internet, so nobody has any authority over it. Trying to control it just makes things worse.
