Dear D1rs,

about one week has passed since Devuan 2.0 ASCII Stable was
released. We thought it could have been good to share some stats about
the activity on Devuan file servers since the release was announced:

  ~185K hits on files.devuan.org
  ~15K unique visits on files.devuan.org
  ~3300 images donwloaded from files.devuan.org
~1500 images (equivalent) served by Devuan torrent seeders (3/110)
~12% install stats increase on popcon.devuan.org

We have also looked at stats from a few other ISO mirrors, and on
average those indicate that the equivalent of about 400 images have
been downloaded from each mirror (there are about 28 of them).

If we take into account that www.devuan.org redirects clickers to the
page with the list of mirrors (i.e., not to files.devuan.org), and
that a lot of downloads took place through bittorret, a conservative
guess would suggest that those 3300 downloads from files.devuan.org
constitute no more than 15%-20% of the total number of Devuan ASCII
images downloaded so far. This would mean that there might be as much
as 18K-25K Devuan ASCII images in the wild.

The distribution among the different media according to downloads from
files.devuan.org is as follows:

________________________
+ installers: 39%
  of which:
  - DVD: 19%
  - netinst: 15%
  - cdrom: 5%

+ live: 38%
  of which:
  - desktop: 29%
  - minimal: 9%
________________________
+ embedded: 15%
________________________
+ virtual: 6%

The distribution across architectures is as follows:

+ amd64: 61%
+ i386 24%
+ arm 15%
