Not for Standards Track, in the current situation.
I think O-HTTP will be a better fit for the author's intentions, as I
can't see significant DNS-specific stuff in the proposal. Moreover, if a
similar DNS-specific protocol was being made, I'd question why it needs
an HTTP layer (which is basically the familiar DoH vs. DoT argument).
