Does anyone have useful data on the amount that sub-ethernet MTUs cause
problems? I am thinking particularly that tunnels are likely to break
fragmentation and a stack like UDP/IPv6/crypto/UDP/IPv6 is likely to have
128 bytes of header. I suppose the fallback to the IPv6 minimum MTU will
catch most of them.

Humber: Variable 4 but northerly 4 or 5 for a time in east, becoming
northwesterly 4 or 5 later. Slight or moderate. Showers then fair. Good.
