I agree that none of these look appropriate based on re-reading the text. I actually think your desire to filter by qtypes is not anywhere in the purpose of the original list. I'd definitely think that is not right. The point of EDE is to separate out the different related problems, not to combine them. So a new code is really needed. If you want to use one now, I'd suggest 21 - not supported my be the closest as you're delicately not supporting some aspect of DNS (a qtype [*]).
