I actually think your desire to filter by qtypes is not anywhere in the
purpose of the original list. Thus... you need to write a draft with a
new EDE code allocated I think.
In fact full-blown draft is not needed. The EDE registry policy is FCFS
so you can have it with mere link to "something", see e.g. code 25 here.
