I don't see why it couldn't be mentioned, but as discussed previously, 
I don't think this is necessarily a real problem.  If the DHCP address 
changes e.g., hourly, it makes (IMHO) very little sense to even try to 
keep the reverses in sync.

But as the operator of these systems doesn't see whether the user is
DHCP or not, this seems a bit misleading.. and casting bad light on
those DHCP operators which have proper, longer leases.
