        that is correct.  one of those little handoff
        problems when Jon died and there was incomplete
        understanding by ICANN on just what the extent of
        stuff they had inherited.  Not that they have ever
        come asked or been interested when the information
        was offered. Me still working for a dead guy and
        without budget... :)
