Currently I'm transforming DocBook-Slides to S5, which is a
JavaScript-Library for HTML-Slides. It does incremental
display of lists, e.g. everytime the presenter hits "space"
one list item more appears. (Sidenote: I'm not too happy with
S5, as I occasionally hit performance problems. Maybe one
should rewrite S5 in sth. small and fast, such as JQuery.)
FWIW, I have plans to add S5 itself to the docbook-xsl repository, and
then check in a couple of fixes / additions I did recently. I haven't
observed any performance issues, though I haven't tried to run it on
older hardware either. In any case, I'm sure there is room for
improvement. In any case, it's just one other output medium, so
targeting something else is easy. :-)
