Unless I'm also missing something, I think there is not a standard
way to mark it up in DocBook. But I personally also think it would
be good to have.

That said, it requires a change/addition to the DocBook schema, so
I think you need to submit an RFE proposing it, and the DocBook TC
will then need to review that and discuss it.
