This menu idea looks a lot like Allan's table-based suggestion, only without
tables. It works in NS4 (although it doesn't look that cool)
I'm not opposing a table-based menu, only I don't want to fiddle around with
spacer gifs etc. But as far as I know there exists a manu_top_level using a
table (in http://www.apache.org/~stas/preview/allan_24_1/), so we could use
this one.

Looks nice. (maybe just because it's /not/ the thing I've been staring at
the last days ...)

(Thats why I love CSS. Just change a few lines and the site looks totally
different. Try that with a table-based design!)

One note, though: the menu looks bad now, just image it somehow different ...
