please try and out-comment the textfield and see if that helps.

if it doesn't help how about out-commenting the <form>-start
and end tags?

see my reply with the snapshot. NS renders the input form using too big chars,
I don't think this has anything to do with form tags location.
I think if size=10 is used it should be OK. The question is whether this is a user-friendly size.
