Well, not usually I guess, but now there is one :) Because of the recent security advisory and 1.3.26, the server is maxed out it seems :) I guess that's a good reason for having mirrors: we can't always count on apache.org being up.

See the dev-httpd list, Cliff Woolley posted about it... It was the bandwith getting eaten up. And I really felt the slowdown.
