Sorry about missing the deadline for comments.  Just one minor
point:

In the section "How to Create and Publish an IPS Package" (pg 49),
the pkgsend commands do not specify the "-s" option.  This would
make pkgsend assume "http://localhost:10000"; as the repository
location which, especially given that the previous example starts
the depot on port 8000, would throw up an error.

Maybe the example should use "pkgsend -s http://localhost:8000";
or the PKG_REPO variable.
