Thanks for this link, looks like a good draft, I must admit I found this
the other day, so I could get some idea of your interests in this. We do
have an unmoderated mediawiki sponsored by the Doc Community, on
genunix.org here:

Feel free to create a new page or section or whatever you need there to
get started. Let me know if it doesn't meet your immediate needs. I know
some folks working on scripting PDFs from wiki pages, so I'll get some
information about that out to this list soon.
