I think the end goal is to cover the whole range. But, we need to start somewhere, and are very happy to have people contribute at whatever level. This does not rule out other documentation; it just means that perhaps the goal-oriented documentation gets done first by interested parties.
Until contributors can cover the whole gamut, then certainly at least linking to the other sources is important. Again, though, we need help finding the good resources, be they entries in a blog, a wiki, or whatever. Contributions, whether writing a document or pointing us at a good item to link to, are what are needed. :-) Rainer Richard L.
