Absolutely.  And it's my full expectation that any changes[1] that
Indiana proposes will be so reviewed before going into the official
OpenSolaris gates.

That's certainly true if Indiana was going to do that but I don't
believe that's the model we should be persuing.  And I agree that it
would be a bad practice to work that way in most cases.
