Sorry, by "expand this area into a short guide" was not meant to imply a separate document. Rather, a fuller section within this document seems to make more sense for now. Let me mull it over some, but it looks pretty good for a first cut. There may be a change in order between the potential author's analysis of the audience, and the order they may deliver the "here are the document assumptions" info.
