Absolutely. I hope that, in the end, this is a living document, not a 
petroglyph. So, even if we fix the wording over the course of this review, I 
don't see it as a static thing.

Sorry, by "expand this area into a short guide" was not meant to imply a 
separate document. Rather, a fuller section within this document seems to make 
more sense for now. But, others may have different ideas...

Let me mull it over some, but it looks pretty good for a first cut. There may 
be a change in order between the potential author's analysis of the audience, 
and the order they may deliver the "here are the document assumptions" info.
