Post 2 of 2... I'm in hurry-up-and-wait mode here, so I've had more time than planned for TSG today.
I18N has a note indicating it should only be used in internal documents. I think this term has entered common usage enough that it can be used for OpenSolaris documentation. (I've seen it in a lot of places, many not Sun-centric.) The "internal" note can probably go away (and that probably means we don't need to include this term). I don't know about L10N, though. It has a similar note about internal documents only, which doesn't apply to OpenSolaris docs, but I haven't seen the designation at all (that I remember). So, I don't know whether it should be dropped for the reasons above, the note changed, or dropped because nobody else uses it, or... If someone else could comment on this one, that would be great (and by all means take their comments over mine). wake-on-lan cable says to note capitalization, rather than "Note lack of capitalization" like similar entries (see x86, for example). Yeah, like some of my other comments this one is a bit of a nit-pick, but for consistency... That takes me all the way through this appendix. :-) Rainer This message posted from opensolaris.org
