Encontrei um documento bem bacana a respeito de TCO sobre StarOffice,
OpenOffice e MS Office 2007. Inclusive ele é relativamente recente, datando
de janeiro de 2009 e considerando o Windows Vista.

- Primeiro: Há tradução deste documento para pt-Br ?
