We've been discussing this on IRC for a bit, well pctony, rici, and I, that
is. We're kind of in the agreement that the issues in the
CommonMisconfigurations wiki page should probably go in their own wiki pages.
The reason being for a situation like:

user: I'm getting this mixing of * ports and non * ports warning.
helper: fajita common misconfigurations
fajita: common misconfigurations is
          http://wiki.apache.org/httpd/CommonMisconfigurations

This situation causes the user to have to go search on that page for his/her
issue which may not be desired since as rici points out, users would probably
tend to not look more than the first couple of lines for their issue before
closing the webpage as useless. Putting the individual issues in their own
wiki pages makes more sense, at least in the context of IRC, where we have a
bot to "remember" these things. But I can also see that something like this
might not be desired in the context of a mailing list since individual links
means more links to remember for a person who is helping.

Basically the question is this. We are going to move the issues in the
CommonMisconfigurations wiki page to their own pages, but should we keep the
CommonMisconfigurations page or delete it completely? Rici is of the mind of
keeping it as an index of links to the new wiki pages of those issues. What
would be the consensus of the rest of you?
