As far as I know, new documents have to be reviewed by another spanish
speaker, and reviewer must be mentionned at the top of the file. (see
"Review Standards" here :
https://httpd.apache.org/docs-project/translations.html)
Additionnally, as I earlier said, your "English Revision" header is
missing or is not correct ; here is an example :
<!-- English Revision: 1673947 -->
(replacing the number by english revision number corresponding to your
translated file)
No extra character must be present, and I'm not sure, but I think it's
case sensitive.
"LastChangedRevision" header has no effect here, it's for english
version of the file.
