English Revision headers are correct yet.
But your files had to be reviewed by another spanish speaker before
being submitted to the list .
For example, in the french translation team, most of the time, I
translate the files, Vincent Deffontaines reviews them, and then commits
them to Apache repository with the 2 headers "Translated by" and
"Reviewed by"
Committers at @httpd.apache.org can so better trust your translation if
it has been reviewed.

Additionnally, as I earlier said, your "English Revision" header
is missing or is not correct ; here is an example :

(replacing the number by english revision number corresponding to
your translated file)
No extra character must be present, and I'm not sure, but I think
it's case sensitive.
"LastChangedRevision" header has no effect here, it's for english
version of the file.
