Side note here. All UTF-8 target files have .utf8 as an extension right now (tr for example). We might need to move all the affected files - or possibly revisit the httpd manual config. I guess, the former is easier (in terms of unexpected side effects) and more explicit. Opinions? If nobody objects I can take care of the file moving part.
