I am Lucien Gentis, in charge of French translation. Just a tip : it is better first translate "trunk" (dev) version of the files, then port it to current branch (it’s easy, there are generally little differences between them). In other words, when you have translated trunk version of your file, you do a "diff" between trunk and 2.4 English versions, and port the differences into your 2.4 file. Why ? First, certain users use trunk (dev) version of httpd ; so they will see your chinese translation. Secondly, when a new major version of httpd is released, trunk branch is automatically promoted to the new current version. In current situation, if you only translate 2.4 version of the files, when 2.6 version will be released, your work will be lost (unless you update all your translations to the new branch !)
