Yes, now confirmed, I temporarily changed the referencecoloumn to something 
else that is primary and no notice any more!
Now I am 100% pretty sure if none of both joined tables are primary it 
throws a proxy notice. I go ahead to report this bug!
But since there is no deadline for next doctrine version release where this 
bug will be fixed, do you have an idea how can I fix myself? I think a 
small change in AbstractProxyFactory.php around line 121 would fix the 
issue? please advice.
