I have made some minor formatting changes to the revised Getting Started with Base chapter (mainly fiddling with page breaks) and replaced the ODT and PDF files on the wiki with the revised files. The ODT is now also in the GS Published folder on ODFAuthors, and the various drafts are now in GS Old Drafts.
