     If you use "Print Screen SysRq" key to take screenshots, you need a
graphics program that will "crop" the picture. LO's Draw has a crop
feature, but it will not work in this case. It only reduces the visible
part of the screenshot, but the entire screenshot is still embedded in
the document.
     Gimp is one program that will reduce the size of the graphic
eliminating everything outside the area of the graphic chosen.
     Linux and Mac have graphic programs that will take screenshots of
selected parts of the screen to the entire screen. I wonder is Windows
has programs that do this?
