Although the wiki pages themselves are CC-BY-SA, most of the user guide chapters use CC-BY 3.0 (not CC-BY-SA) due to their historical origin as OOo guides. I have never heard of any of the contributors to those chapters objecting to incorporating material from them into other documents licensed under CC-BY-SA.
