Gary's site is unrelated to the TDF/LibreOffice wiki or the ODFAuthors website.
He maintains it separately. Kind of like my personal website Taming
LibreOffice.

The Contributor's Guide, which I maintain, does have a missing Chapter 4 at
this time. I updated the wiki to show its name and "coming soon". It's intended
for info on using social media, including the Docs Team's blog, to promote our
work.
