I've got the same problem, my door locks are busted also, and i had to replace three of them. my mileage is about125k for a 2000 dodge. I'm still just wiating for the the last door to need to get replaced. but something is a miss with these door locks. 3 out of four. dying.. and no i haven't done anything to them. ahha
