I'm still exploring my options at this point in time.
In the event the WD40 doesn't do it then possibly an 
aftermarket actuator is available somewhere that may 
be far less costly than the dealership and more reliable.

  I've got the same problem, my door locks are busted also, and i had to 
  replace three of them.  my mileage is about125k for a 2000 dodge.  I'm 
  still just wiating for the the last door to need to get replaced. but 
  something is a miss with these door locks.  3 out of four. dying.. and 
  no i haven't done anything to them. ahha
