Fuel pump would certainly be one of the first things
to check (failing when warm/hot -- works again after cool-down
period). Fuel pressure regulator would be another. If you
have access to a fuel pressure test gauge, try checking the
fuel pressure after it is in the period it won't restart.
This will eliminate those two things as possibilities if you
still get pressure when it won't start.

Cheers.

Check the fuel pump? The last of the chevy caprice's made did the same
thing, and it was traced to the fuel pump internals( made of plastic0
were wearing, and the fine grains of plastic wearing were the [roblem.
Hope it helps. Rich S.
