TSB 23-20-00 was issued in 2000 regarding this problem, chrysler 
recomends a weatherstrip clip part #: 05019585AA (1 should be enough 
h for each door. I am going to buy 2 per door just in case).
part of the clip goes in the metal the other part in the moulding, it 
should snap & correct this issue forever.
