I don't know how this particular item works, or whether it provides the 
benefits claimed.  Just be aware that since it is claimed to "add up to 
20+ horsepower to your car, truck or suv", it could do NOTHING and 
fulfill their claim.  "UP TO" means "from Zero to 20+."
