I agree with DP, fuel economy is likely to suffer. I work with a kid that got a 
performance enhancer from Ebay. All it was was a set of 3 resistors labled low 
med and high power and you just poked it into the air temp sensor connector so 
the resistor was in parallel to the sensor. He did notice a bit of top end 
power gain but a large drop in mileage, and all it cost him was $20.00 and 
shipping. He removed it. DV
