Bart, 
The easiest way to tell what is going on with your car is to go to your
local parts store and have them scan your computer. There is a way you
can do the "key dance" but I'm not up to writing that much today, and
AutoZone won't charge for the scan, plus, they can tell you what the
problem is right then! 
 There are 4 o2 sensors on your car, so only 1 got changed?  Find out
what's going on before you spend more money.
