I'm not exact sure if it works the same way on our
doges as it does on my Pontiac, but I know with the
firebird they run in closed loop during warm up and
then switch to open loop once the car reaches normal
operating temperature.  So assuming our Treps work the
same way I would look at emissions stuff.  Have you
looked at your O2s?  How about intake air temp sensor
or map sensor?  

I forgot to hook up the cam sensor one time and if
those aren't working properly the car absolutely won't
start.

I would think if your computer were bad you would
visually see some corrosion somewhere.  I know the
boards came covers in a protective goo to prevent this
from happening.
