1995 Intrepid 3.5 es - 60,000 miles the transmission has a delayed shift into gear (forward or reverse when it is cold) it is ok when it is warm except during the winter I has two ocassons when it wouldn't shoft up for about 3 miles until.
The transmission shop thinks a complete rebuild is necessary ~1500$ Do you think a simple change to ATF4+ could resolve the problem?
