Hey Kel, I've done the 2G tranny swap. There is a long list of stuff, but the basic modification that I can remember, are some slight wiring differences(easy to fix), the bell housing needs to have a new hole drilled(or "moved"), the flex plate has a bolt hole that slightly off when aligning the 2G torque converter, so it needs to be "moved" a little bit as well. I'm sure there's more, but these are the three major changes that come to mind. I know myself and others have posted up write-ups, reviews, and how-tos(w/ pics) on the 2G tranny swap on www.dodgeintrepid.net. Search for those threads and they should tell you everything you need to know.
