I have checked the and removed the air.
I have the checked the dirction of the air it is blowing correctly.

What I have noticed from observation is that the fans are not starting at the
right time or temp. Is there a sensor or controller for the fans to start at
certiain time or temp.? If yes how can I check if it is working or not and
where is it located? Or it is controlled by the computer?

Thank you all.

I would look at two things. One, is your cooling
system bled properly? You might have air in the top
of your engine making it overheat. I hook up a
clear/vinyl hose to the nipple on the thermostat
housing and just let the car idle and start
circulating coolant. That should get air bubbles out
of the system. If it's low enough that the water pump
is not able to flow the coolant than just pull the
term housing and fill it up. This is the easiest
thing to check and probably what's I'd do first.

Also check to see if your fans are spinning in the
right direction. If the wiring was not hooked up
properly then your fans could be flowing air the wrong
way which would cause problems like what you're
seeing. Also something easy to check.

Also I suppose there is a possibility that your
thermostat is bad, but I'd consider this a low
likelihood considering the work you just had done.

  Best of luck,
  Mike
