Hey Steve! Congrats on your new Intrepid! It really is a pretty decent car and depending upon your personal driving habits you'll be surprised at how decent the fuel economy is for a car this size. I'm now on my 2nd Intrepid, with my first one being a '99 base model that was Bright Platinum Mist Metallic. The Intrepid I currently have is an '04 SXT that is Stone White. Both of the cars were identical in many ways except that my SXT has a more powerful engine and it has quite a few more options and equipment. I unloaded my '98 with just under 50,000 miles and my '04 just broke 19,000 mark and both cars were, for the most part, problem free. The only problem I had on my '98 was the power window motors for the rear doors. I had the right rear motor replaced once and the passenger rear window motor replaced three times. But all under warranty, so no cost to me. Anyway, hope you enjoy your Intrepid! I know that I've really enjoyed owning both that I've had and have.
