I have not yet tried it, but I guess wet sanding and buffing, much like you do to paint, will clear things up realy well. I might be trying it soon on my 1st gen which are clouded pretty well.
The lenses are not replaceable. Well, it must be possible with enough work, but you can't buy just replacement lenses.
