I have a 1995 intrepid es that we purchased new. It has about 110,000 miles. When the car is running the fan and air conditioner surge. Doesn't seem to be any way of controling this with the dials in the dash. The cooling and heating seem to be working however this surging is a problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
